New Treatment Of Restless Bone Syndrome More Effective Than Medications!

An alternative to medications, pills and medications may be the future in the treatment of Restless Legs Sindulgence - at least for those who do not want or can not take medication due to side effects. A new study in the research journal Jaoa showed that by using specially adapted compression footwear you achieved results that were not only as good, but the whole 40% better than standard drug treatment of the nervous condition Restless Bone Syndrome.

The compression footwear specifically put pressure on two muscles in the foot, the abductor hallucis and the flexor hallucis brevis, and this proved to provide very good symptom relief - both in the form of improved sleep and less restless legs. 90 percent of users reported significant improvement and 82 percent less loss of sleep was also reported.

The study showed very good results

90 percent of users reported significant improvement and 82 percent less sleep loss was also reported. These are very strong results considering that this is a treatment without obvious side effects. In comparison, one of the most commonly used medications for the condition, Ropinirole, has an effectiveness of 60% - that is clearly less and with the side effects that this pill can give, such as very common side effects such as fainting, nausea / vomiting, drowsiness and uncontrolled movements (as many as 1 in 10 according to the Common Catalog). With such powerful side effects, it is no wonder that there has long been a call for a good alternative in the treatment of Restless Bone Syndrome.

This is how compression noise works

The compression clothing works by applying pressure to two specific muscles in the foot, the abductor hallucis and the flexor hallucis brevis, this has several positive effects, including the release of dopamine from the brain, increased blood circulation and thus less pain signals from the area - a similar effect as with muscle work or trigger point treatment of muscle knots. It was also seen that pressure against these two muscles significantly reduced muscle activity in muscles associated with Restless Bone Syndrome. Here you can see more variants of foot compression clothing. The product used in the study is called Restiffic.

Restiffic

Should this become a standard treatment for those suffering from the nerve condition Restless Bone Syndrome?

The pharmaceutical industry is certainly tearing its hair out, but we believe that this should be offered to absolutely everyone who suffers from the debilitating nervous condition Restless Legs Syndrome. A treatment without side effects should always be offered over a form of treatment that has a long, long list of side effects - as most medications used against RLS have.

A significantly less expensive alternative to the Restiffic product may be specially designed compression sock which is used in the treatment of the condition plantar fasciitis - this will also put pressure on the muscles in the sole of the foot and the arch of the foot. Conclusion

Fantastic exciting study that can really be a side effect-free alternative. Feel free to share with someone who needs some hope in their fight against restless legs syndrome!
