7 Advice and Remedies for Chronic Fatigue

Are you or someone you know plagued by chronic fatigue? Here are 7 natural ways to get your energy back - which can improve both your quality of life and your daily routine. Do you have any other good suggestions? Feel free to use the comment field or contact us at Facebook.

1. Avoid overstimulants and too much caffeine

Avoid too much coffee, soda, hot chocolate and energy drinks - these can destroy the body's natural rhythm and contribute to the worsening of your chronic fatigue. These drinks also have a low PH content, ie acidic, which puts your adrenaline glands under heavy load. This can go beyond immune function and energy levels.

2. Go to regular times - preferably at 22 in the evening

Regular sleep patterns are important for the body - and extra important for those affected by chronic fatigue. If you are not sleepy, reading a book or meditation can be helpful. Studies have shown that the natural rhythm of the day is disturbed by artificial light from computers, TVs and mobile screens in the evening - which triggers the cortisol function, this is what makes you feel extra awake before going to bed. Train your body to get used to waking up in daylight and not going to bed too long after the sun has set.

3. Drink more natural, alkaline water

The most important minerals we need to produce energy come from clean water and clean food. Try to drink the most water if you are suffering from chronic fatigue. You can alkalize the water you drink by adding cucumber slices into the water.

4. Eat organic, clean foods

The body needs clean energy to function optimally. If you eat too much processed food, junk food and foods that do not need to be stored in the refrigerator with very high shelf life, you rob the body and the body's cells of the energy it needs. Blue. Ginger can be a very good supplement in the diet.

5. More vitamin D.

Winter is a time of little sun, and it is often during this and after a long winter that we can be affected by vitamin D deficiency. This vitamin is very important when it comes to energy production - and in case of deficiency we can feel exhausted and as if we are going a little on 'empty tank'.

  • SOL - Sunshine promotes vitamin D production and as little as 20 minutes of sunlight a day can be very healthy.
  • Eat fatty fish - Salmon, mackerel, tuna and eel are great sources of both vitamin D and omega-3, both of which are very good for your heart health.

6. Remove electrical appliances from the bedroom

Studies have shown that electromagnetic radiation can exacerbate chronic fatigue. Therefore, you may want to remove the TV from the bedroom and avoid using the laptop in bed before going to bed.

7. Wheatgrass and green vegetables

Green vegetables are a wonderful source of clean energy. For good effect, we recommend mixing two teaspoons of wheatgrass supplements in a glass of water and drinking this daily. The energy from such plants is easy to absorb for the body.
