If you are affected by the condition restless bone syndrome then the association Restless Legs is for you. The association is an independent organization for anyone affected by restless bones. The association's purpose is to spread knowledge about Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS_WED). The disease affects approximately 400.000 people in Norway. RLS goes beyond sleep and quality of sleep, resulting in reduced daytime functioning. Too many people become disabled. Treatment exists, and can provide symptom relief and improved quality of life.
Do you have restless bones?
- Urgent need to move the legs
- Exacerbated by rest and inactivity
- Relieves by moving the legs
- The symptoms worsen in the evening and at night

Open information meeting
The association Restless Legs invites to an open information meeting at Helsfyr Hotel in Oslo on April 16 at 14.00. The meeting has free admission and is open to everyone! Lecture by neurologists Einar Kinge and Kisti Alvik.
