Turmeric and its positive health properties.

Turmeric is a plant that for many hundreds of years has been known for its positive health properties - but what does research in the field really say? Can turmeric really help against everything we've heard it can help with? You probably know turmeric best as the main spice in curry, it has a warm and bitter taste that gives curry the distinctive taste. It is the root of turmeric that is used to make medicine.

Turmeric herbal extract these days is used against osteoarthritis / osteoarthritis, heartburn, abdominal pain, diarrhea, intestinal gas, stomach problems, loss of appetite, liver problems and gallbladder symptoms. Research says that turmeric can provide relief from stomach symptoms and that it can also provide pain relief in osteoarthritis - in a study (3, 4) also showed turmeric to have as good an effect as the painkiller ibuprofen in relieving osteoarthritis pain.

Method of operation:
Turmeric has an anti-inflammatory effect.

Dosage - used in research studies:

Against stomach problems: Orally (orally) - 500 mg / 4 times a day.

Against osteoarthritis: Orally - 500 mg / 2 times a day.

Can I take turmeric with other medications?

Turmeric lowers blood clotting in the blood / thins the blood, and should therefore not be taken with other drugs that have the same effect. These include: aspirin, clopidogrel (Plavix), diclofenac (Voltaren, Cataflam, others), ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin, Ibux, others), naproxen (Anaprox, Naprosyn, others), dalteparin (Fragmin), enoxaparin (Lovenox), heparin , warfarin (Coumadin), and others.

The product - organic root extract powder:

Swanson Turmeric (Turmeric): We recommend Swanson, as they are known for using the best ingredients.

What others say:

«I am amazed, for three years my hands have been getting steadily worse with arthritis, with fingers locking up and refusing to work first thing in the morning. Being very active and a DIY enthusiast it was becoming difficult to do any real work. The capsules arrived a week ago and I have been taking one in the morning and one at night - so far after the first three days although stiff the fingers work and have not locked up for a couple of days. They appear to work for me but everyone is different so this is not advice to anyone in anyway just to start taking them. » - Brea Marie

"I bought these because of the varied health claims from the people who reviewed this, and from reading about it on the internet.
I've only been taking Turmeric for a few weeks now, and although my joints feel a little easier I do not honestly feel I can give full marks yet because I feel I need to take them for a bit longer before I get the full benefits. But so far I feel I'm heading in the right direction with these capsules. And they are very reasonably priced on Amazon. " - Mrs. J
