Yoga: nau'ikan yoga daban-daban.

Shin kun san cewa akwai nau'ikan yoga da yawa? Anan munyi bayanin nau'ikan yoga da menene amfaninsu gare ku.

Yoga mai tsauri:

Wannan sa'a ɗaya ne ga waɗanda suke son aji yoga ta jiki inda zaku sami ƙarfi, motsi kuma, a sashi, dacewa. Wannan hanyar, zaku kasance cikin shiri mafi kyau don fuskantar tashin hankali da jin zafi yayin haihuwa. Yayin cikin ciki yana da muhimmanci ku kula da kanku. Darasi na yoga da annashuwa zai ba ku ƙarin haɓaka da kuzari, yayin taimakawa rage damuwa. Darussan ƙarancin yawan mahalarta.

Yoga likita:

Fun yoga:

Wannan nau'in yoga ne mai nutsuwa inda adaidaita sahu ke hade da numfashi. Atisayen zasu ba da gudummawa ga ƙaruwa da ƙarfi, motsi da daidaito, amma kuma zai kasance yana mai da hankali kan kula da damuwa da kasancewar kasancewa cikin sani.
