Lumbago.

Lumbago is a general term for low back pain. Low back pain and nearby structures are relatively common. Acute low back pain (lumbago) is a nuisance affecting up to 90% of the Norwegian population according to figures from the NHI. The lower back is the lower back and consists of 5 vertebrae, in the professional language it is called the lumbar columnalis. Exercise, physical therapy (eg physical therapy or chiropractic) and general activity can help with such ailments.

What can I do even against lower back pain?

1. General exercise, specific exercise, stretching and activity are recommended, but stay within the pain limit. Two walks a day of 20-40 minutes make good for the whole body and sore muscles.

3. Training: Specific training with training tricks of various opponents (such as this complete set of 6 knits of different resistance) can help you train strength and function. Knit training often involves more specific training, which in turn can lead to more effective injury prevention and pain reduction.

4. Pain Relief - Cooling: Biofreeze is a natural product that can relieve pain by cooling the area gently. Cooling is especially recommended when the pain is very severe. When they have calmed down then heat treatment is recommended - it is therefore advisable to have both cooling and heating available.

Answer: Proper training of core muscles is important to prevent back pain, such as lumbago. But if you have low back pain, lumbago, then you should first and foremost focus on general movement - especially walking in rough terrain is useful when muscles and joints are arguing. Then when your potential therapist thinks it is right for you to start again with specific training, then it is important for you to identify which muscles are inactive and which are too tight. This way you can get specific training for your specific weaknesses.
