Did you know that there are many types of Yoga? Here we describe different types of Yoga and what benefits they have for you.

Dynamic yoga:

This is an hour for those who want a physical yoga class where you get strength, movement and, in part, fitness. The lesson will include dynamic movement sequences where the movements are coordinated with the breath. This provides a good starting point for being consciously present in oneself here and now and thus experiencing a greater understanding of oneself and one's potential. The hour ends with an energizing relaxation.

 

Pregnant yoga:

This is a type of yoga for pregnant women, where emphasis is placed on the interaction between body, mind and breath. The idea is to prepare the body and mind for the impending birth by an increased awareness that can give you strength, both physically and mentally. This way, you will be better prepared to face tension and pain during childbirth. During pregnancy it is important to take care of oneself. The yoga exercises and relaxation will just give you increased well-being and energy, while helping to reduce stress. Courses with limited number of participants.

Medical Yoga:

This is a quiet yoga form that is suitable for everyone. This form of yoga is based on Kundalini yoga and was developed in Sweden by Göran Boll / Mediyoga.

The yoga sessions consist of relaxation, conscious breathing training, simple yoga exercises adapted to the participants and simple meditation. Everyone can participate and most exercises can be done on a chair, sitting or lying on a yoga mat. Although the exercises are simple, they are very effective. Those who exercise a lot have great pleasure and benefit from Medical Yoga. The slow and controlled yoga exercises are suitable for developing physical agility, reducing stress, creating mental relaxation and improving sleep. Breathing plays a fundamental role in Medical Yoga and it is emphasized that you get a calmer and deeper breath. A conscious change of breath affects how we feel and can create physical, mental and emotional harmony and tranquility in us. The original purpose of any form of traditional yoga training is to be mindful and conscious. The most important thing about yoga training is to learn to listen to the inner, body and mind. It is partly about building an awareness of the body, its tensions and behavioral patterns, in part and now a deeper understanding of itself.

 

Morning Yoga:

This is an hour for those who want to start the day with a quiet yoga class where body and mind prepare for the rest of the day. Here we will work with quiet exercises that release tension in the neck, back and hips. The hour ends with an energizing relaxation. These are hours that you can freely attend in addition to those you usually follow. There is room for many here, but it can be an advantage to bring math and blanket with you.

 

Fun yoga:

This is a calm yoga form where simple exercises are coordinated with the breath. The exercises will contribute to increased strength, mobility and balance, but will also have a focus on stress management and conscious presence.
